Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, for new CHC products (Food Supplements; OTC drugs; OTC Switches; Medical Devices; Cosmetics)
- Drive the execution of product development projects through Designing & Sizing and Execution & Development, fostering a strong project team focus on achieving Time to Market KPIs
- Maintain project management rigor, leading team delivery in line with Polpharma defined CHC processes and governance frameworks
- Ensure transparency of plans, progress, risks, issues and decisions through reporting and proactive communication
- Participate in the budgeting process and management of project costs
Agility and Responsiveness:
- Impact assess and adapt project plans and strategies in response to deviations, changing market conditions and consumer needs.
- Lead with an open mindset and support the project team to remain agile and responsive to new information and challenges
- Bring a pragmatic Minimum Viable Product approach with a focus on key attributes of prototypes during iteration management
Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with teams across Commercial, marketing, brand management, R&D, regulatory, medical, finance and other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to project team members, relevant stakeholders and senior management
- Ensure transparency and alignment with project objectives.
- Drive decision-making processes and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Team Leader for CHC Project Managers, acting as a key coordinator of overall CHC project management activities and point of contact with CHC Product Development; R&D leadership, and R&D Project Management Office.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, emphasizing professional development and knowledge sharing.

- Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Engineering, Business Management, Project Management) preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management in CHC / FMCG sector, ideally with specific Food Supplements experience.
- Proven track record of managing projects and facilitating cross-functional teams to deliver in a dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Cross-functional teamwork spirit, ability to adapt fast and comfort with change.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in coordinating team work during the definition of key attributes of medicinal products in the CHC category (Target Product Profile (TPP): Actives formula, format, packaging, shelf life, etc.)
- Experience in Consumer Healthcare projects - Food Supplements; OTC; OTC Switches; Medical Devices; Cosmetics, and consumer understanding
- Very good command of English, allowing for smooth communication.
